AA was the third motorcycle shipping company I’ve used. While they all got the job done… eventually, AA was the only company that gave me a timeframe for pickup and met it. They gave me a timeframe for delivery and met that too. My bike arrived when I expected it, in perfect shape. What else can you ask for? How about tracking? Yup, pretty cool. It was nice to be able to see my bike making its way home. I don’t typically leave reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised with the way AA operated. They’re not the cheapest outfit, but peace of mind is worth a little extra cash. Highly recommend.

Motorcycle arrived from TN to CA safely and on a pallet. I paid extra ($1300) for their "fastest" service but it still took an entire month to arrive. My order was placed August 5 and my bike arrived Sept 3. Be prepared to exercise great patience.

Arrived ahead of schedule and in perfect condition

This was my first time arranging transport for a motorcycle and my experience was excellent. Every step was seamless from quote to payment from pick-up to delivery. The driver communicated with us and was prompt regarding drop off time. I will recommend AA to colleagues and friends needing vehicles transported in the future.

Due to some communication failures, we were initially sent to the wrong address in Sacramento to drop off my '14 Ultra Limited. After several frantic calls to AA Shipping in San Diego, we finally reached the Valley Relocation and Storage dispatcher who went out of her way to find us in that industrial complex. Danielle was fantastic!! Once she took control of the situation, I was able to ride the bike onto the custom pallet, warehouse gentlemen (super nice and real experts) carefully and expertly strapped the bike down, and my wife and I began our own drive across the country. We arrived in Massachusetts in 6 days; we got a phone call the following day--the bike arrived at the Sterling terminal in Lowell, MA on the 7th day! There, the guys were incredibly helpful getting the bike's battery jumped started. I can honestly say that you could do a lot worse with other motorcycle shippers, but you couldn't do better than AA Shipping. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

When a possible additional charge was suggested, Julia was able to mitigate it. My vehicle arrived in perfect condition, and the driver was very careful to unload it with great care. I was extremely hesitant to ship my motorcycle from San Diego to Oregon. The thought of pre-paying $1,000 for strangers to come and load my bike up in their box truck and drive away, hoping to see them again a few days later, made me sick to my stomach. My name is Chuck My bike was shipped from New York to Tampa Florida. It was picked up promptly. It was strapped down wonderful and wrapped. It took only seven days for my bike to come from New York to Tampa not a scratch on it. The service was magnificent. I would recommend it to anyone who needs to ship a bike. They did a wonderful job.

got my motorcycle from Maryland to Utah in a pretty timely manner. I also needed some same day shipping and they were able to accommodate me by allowing me to bring the motorcycle to their shipping facility to get it on a crate. The customer service agent I called was also super helpful (she works in accounting, can't remember her name). Will absolutely use again if the need arises.

AA Motorcycle did a great job moving my bike from Dallas to Las Vegas. The bike was delivered efficiently without any damage which sounds simple but if you've shipped a bike before you know is not always the case. They showed a lot of flexibility by delivering it to a location which wasn't originally requested when I made the reservations. I would use AA again if I needed to move my bike again in the future.
